The Aussie questioned why her line of work should put people off
Billie Beever has shared that men are reluctant to enter relationships with her because of her profession.
They often express their affection and respect for her as a friend but say they can’t commit to anything serious because of it.
On her social media, the adult star posed a question to her followers about why her job makes her seem undateable.
Billie, hailing from Australia, mentioned that while finding male friends or those interested in casual encounters isn’t a challenge, securing a relationship proves much harder.
She posted a video on TikTok discussing this issue.
In the video, she revealed: “I just found out that apparently the reason why men can’t date me.
“You know, they say they’re my friends, they respect me, they care for me so much…. but they say, ‘I can’t be with you because of your history and your past’.
“We all have a past and we all have a history. The only difference is, I f**king filmed mine. Mine’s on camera.
“Does that make me not dateable? Seriously, yes or no. I mean, I get it, but I don’t get it.”
Billie points out that while men are interested in sleeping with her, her professional life creates a barrier to deeper relationships.
She continued: “If you want to use [my] past, and like, not be able to give me an opportunity or whatever…
“Because [my videos] are accessible for you and your mates to see, then that’s a you problem, not a me problem.”
The video has attracted attention, amassing 22,000 views, and many have voiced their support for Billie.
One supporter stated: “If anything they’re intimidated. I’d personally find it attractive to know that I know a side to this person that know one else gets to see…”
Another suggested: “Ahh you looking at the wrong men, no you’re definitely dateable even marryable. They trippin.”
A third remarked: “They aren’t worth your energy … they are children and you are better then them if they judge you on your past.”
And a fourth shared: “It’s not about a past it is about the future! I don’t live in the past! It’s all about the core values of the person and them being genuine!”
However, some people believe men are justified in their judgments.
One person noted: “Unfortunately in life there are consequences for choices we make.”
Another concurred: “Correct no one wants to have someone that everyone has seen naked.”
And another pointed out: “They do have the right stand by their morals though.”
