Using hyaluronic acid injections, Andrea has significantly enlarged her lips, increasing their size to four times their original dimensions through 27 procedures. Her dedication to this goal has cost her approximately $5,000, with each injection priced around $150 in Bulgaria. Despite the financial burden, Andrea is delighted with the results, saying, “I like them a lot and feel much better.”
Andrea, who studied German philology at a university in Sofia, shows no signs of stopping. Though doctors have cautioned against further injections, she remains determined to continue her controversial journey. Her ultimate goal? To claim the title of having the biggest lips in the world.
For Andrea, this pursuit is about more than appearances—it’s a reflection of her dedication to self-expression, no matter how unconventional.

“Men from all over the world often message me on social media, offering money, trips, and invitations to meet them,” Andrea shares.
Her followers, many of whom seem knowledgeable about extreme cosmetic procedures, also insist that no one rivals her in lip size.
Despite her pride in her “lovely” lips, Andrea admits that the enhancements have created challenges, such as difficulty eating after each procedure. Still, she remains committed to her goal and anticipates undergoing even more interventions in the future.
“Some doctors believe I’ve had enough, but my doctor has agreed to continue the injections as long as I wait at least two months between procedures,” Andrea shared, according to reports.
Her lip enhancements, however, come with sacrifices. “I really like my new lips, but it’s challenging to eat right after the injections,” she admitted. “The first two to three days after a procedure are the hardest, but there are no restrictions on what I can eat.”
Brushing Off the Haters
Andrea’s unique appearance may draw attention, but she firmly believes that her body is her choice. Despite facing a wave of online criticism and negativity, she makes a conscious effort to ignore the hate and stay focused on her personal goals. For Andrea, her journey is about self-expression and confidence, no matter what others may say.
“I believe everyone has the right to look the way they choose,” Andrea says confidently.
