15 Occasions Prince William Looked Handsome As Heck In Uniform

Prince William has been a prominent figure in the royal family for quite some time now, standing alongside his wife Kate Middleton. While the Duchess of Cambridge is known for her stunning taste in fashion — we won’t forget the many times she’s emulated the late Princess Diana — her husband has been known to turn an eye or two with his choice of apparel. Most notably, he has been seen wearing a variety of uniforms for his place next to the throne, as well as for his time spent in the British army. Here are 15 times William looked hot as heck while donning a uniform.

1. Of course, our list starts with a sweet photo of William holding his son, standing next to his wife. The Parliamentary New Model Army adopted a standard pattern of red clothing during the English Civil War, and it looks like William rejuvenated the powerful color. Not only does William pull this look off, but he also looks like such a sweet father in this photo.

2. William’s pearly whites were almost as glistening as his stark white gloves. His frock coat was adorned with ornate gold braiding and loops.

3. William stood stoically next to Middleton, his brother Prince Harry and his sister-in-law Meghan Markle. The group stood in front of a set of people also adorned with temperate ceremonial dress. While the belts around the waist are customary, William’s sash adorned with medals showcased his standing. Traditionally, members of the royal family wear military dress at public occasions, though there have been exceptions.

4. The pair of handsome brothers were seen wearing similar black uniforms, but William’s was more adorned than his younger brother’s, finished with a red brim around his hat and gold braiding on his forefront. We’re not sure if we know a pair of siblings that looks better in military dress than these two dashing young men.

5. Although William’s outfit was mostly covered by his peacoat, he looked as handsome and cozy as ever with a pinkish-red poppy pin attached to his jacket. His sophisticated tie peeked out from underneath, and his face was stern and serious under the tip of his hat.

6. William stood tall next to his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. While the latter looked feminine and sweet with her pink apparel, William looked a bit more rugged in his uniform with his name on an attached patch. He even showed off more of his stunning features by ditching the hat this time around.

7. It’s a royal family affair! While Middleton’s and the queen’s hats took center stage in this lovely family photo, it was hard not to notice William looking dashing as ever in a shockingly bright red uniform embellished with plenty of medals.

8. Next up is William with a shy yet charming look on his face. He was seen donning a black uniform with gold ropes, sitting next to the lovely Middleton. The brim of his head was also accented with the shiny color.

9. Ladies and gentlemen, get ready for takeoff with William’s dashing look in his aircraft uniform. Straying from the typical combat dress, William opted for a forest green uniform with all the required accessories, like goggles and a mask.

10. William is part of the Blues and Royals cavalry regiment, with the Colonel-in-Chief being the queen herself. He looked classy as ever, standing in his uniform with the proper embellishment.

11. It’s hard to believe that Kate was looking at her brother-in-law rather than her handsome husband in this photo. William was standing to the side of her, looking on adoringly as she talked with Harry.

12. Who doesn’t love a man in a uniform? While it appears William wasn’t wearing the typical stable belt here, he still looked incredibly formal with his dark-red belt, closed with a bow.

13. William looks young, donned in his blue uniform, medals graciously on the left side of his chest and a blue and gold stable belt to complete the professional look.

14. Everyone looks good in black, and that includes the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The pair looked like the sweetest and most fashion-forward couple in this stunning photo.

15. Remember all the glamour and romance from the royal wedding? Middleton was a true princess in a classically elegant gown, while William was her Prince Charming, wearing the ever-popular red coat.
